My first stab at being "crafty"

I have not been able to find any cute headbands for Kelsi's hair. Her hair is so wild, that it mainly just stays on top of her head in a "stick-up" as my nieces call them or it just goes nat-ur-al. Since Kelsi is such the wiggle worm and does not like it when I mess with her hair, I figured headbands would be easier. Tamar told me how to make a homemade headband out of tights (since the ones online are overpriced) and even though, it didn't really make sense to me (since my mind starts wandering when anyone tries to explain anything crafty to me), I made my own version.

What do you think, sis? I hid the ugly glue with the big fat flower. I had no idea of what you were talking about with the "knot". I wouldn't want anyone to inspect my headband too closely, but it works I think.

Looks great! If my little one ends up being another girl you will have to pass them along. Nice work!

I love the headband!!! So cute! I am not crafty either... at ALL. I am the RS Secretary for our ward and part of that job is to do the bulletin board - and I consistently try to delegate that task. Quite funny. Kelsi is adorable, btw!

Good job! I made a ton of those for Ava. They are nice cause they don't leave marks and they stretch when the baby's head gets bigger. You little Crafty Queen!

The flower is way cute on it! You'll have to teach me how to make those sometime.
