WHAT??????!!!!!!??????

HA! I almost deleted this picture but then thought that it would be perfect for this post. Kelsi is as shocked as we all are. After 4 years with Eye Care Specialists, John found a practice in Coeur d'Alene that he couldn't pass up. That's right! We are moving to the Coeur d'Alene area in just a couple months. We hope to close on financing by April 1st. SBA loans can be tricky we have heard, so we have applied elsewhere to cover our bases. Everything seems to be going well and in just about 2 months we will be business owners. Scary, but exciting. We are both very sad to leave our WONDERFUL friends that we have made here in Clarkston. It was almost 4 years ago that I cried and cried realizing that I had to live here...but here I am crying and crying that I have to leave! I wish I could take everyone with me, wouldn't that be awesome??? Good news, we are less than 3 hours away. I am very excited for John and very proud of him and his ambition and hard work. Even though I am sad, I know that this is a good move for our family, I have felt peace from Heavenly Father as I have asked him for confirmation that this is right and to have a good attitude. Can you all remind me of this next year when I am cursing the winters? (Kelsi and I may head down to CA for Jan and Feb - HAHA!!!) Wish us luck please!
Now, for a few cute pics. I tried to do Kelsi's hair after her bath this morning, but she loves her comb so much that I had to comb it with my fingers while she played with it.
This is Kelsi teasing me with the comb...."you want this mama???"
"Come and get it, I dare you".

Wow! Congrats you guys! Just when you did your living room too...isn't that how it always goes, you finally bite the bullet and then someone else gets to enjoy it. If you live in Coeur d'Alene the first ward is the best ward ever! People are very nice. Hopefully you won't have to be in the ward with my parents...that one is a little hard to deal with :) What ever happens will be great though. Congrats again!

Congrats on the move! I can tell you first hand that SBA loans can be a royal pain. Be prepared to get a good lawyer to prepare all of your paper work for you and your corporation. I'm excited for you guys, you're going to love venturing into the world of small business ownership.

Hey, I heard through the grape vine that you guys were moving. I am happy for you, but it's a bummer you will be moving. All my healthcare providers are leaving me behind. My primary care doc just left too, so no all I have left is my OB/GYN.
Anyway we want to do something on a Monday this month, hopefully on the 16th, I am not on call that night. So let me know if this works. I am excited for your family! Congratulations!

Karina, Karina. Just think...you'll only be 30 minutes away from fun shopping that you can't get in Lewiston or Clarkston! See, there's so many positives already! Linds is right, the Cd'A first ward is really awesome. There's some super cute houses kind of near Canfield Middle School and the big red barn on 15th street. The subdivision is like 10 years old. Anyways, that's going to be fun times for you guys. Good luck! (Oh, and whenever Trevor and Tamar move back to Spokane, you'll only be 30 minutes away from them, too!!!--see, all these wonderful things)

You know that I am excited for you, just keep praying that all works out and we end up in Spokane! I really can't get over how cute Kelsi is!

Congratulations Karina!! That is soooo exciting (although it would be more exciting if you guys were going to be business owners in the Southern California region, since that is closer to me!). Good luck with the move!

On another note....is it possible that Kelsi just keeps getting cuter and cuter? Good job with that one!

Congratulations! I know how crazy it can be when you move on short notice, so good luck with the packing and moving (it's especially fun with the "help" of a toddler!).

Congrats on the move. It is exciting and sad. I know, I just went through it. We were in Des Moines for four years and had some really good friends there. At least Kelsi is young enough that it shouldn't effect her too much. And hopefully you have a moving company doing the hard work for you. That helps so much with kids. Good luck with everything.

That is wonderful news!! I guess I would be sad if I lived right near you, but I don't already so I can be excited instead! :) Congratulations!
