Zumba
My zumba instructor participated in the 1Goal challenge from Shakira (tape yourself dancing to her Waka Waka song and post on Youtube). I love Zumba. This song is pretty fun...not much booty shakin' in this song (only reason I am posting it). Not a bad job for all of us since it was a newer song!) Maybe I can get my fam to go to a class in a few days while we are in CA!

Ok, where are you in the video? We've now added that song to our current playlist. It definitely is a fun one. I'm gonna have to tryout a Zumba class when I get back to the gym.
Lisa - if you can't find me, I'm not going to tell you because I look awful...but I guess the camera doesn't lie. The only hint I will give you is that I am in the front.

Look at you go. I always see you make comments about zumba, but I never knew what it was. Looks fun. And I definately wouldn't look as good as you do doing it.
what are you talking about? you look awesome - and are a great dancer. i want to go to a class but am afraid i will look ridiculous - i have no rhythm. encouragement?
Karina - That is awesome! You were fantastic. Watch out, though, you could be the next instructor. :) Looks like you were having fun; I'd be like the poor gal in the back that was sucking wind at the end. Tough stuff.

OH Karina!!! I wish that we were neighbors, I would LOVE to go to that Zumba class with you, it looks like a BLAST!!! Made me happy just watching it, OH...and YOU rocked it girl! ;) I have GOT to get some different tennies so I can do my Zumba videos here at home until we can afford a gym membership so I can go to the classes! SO FUN!!!!!!! ;D
